Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours so for UK orders you should receive it in 1-3 days. However during times of high traffic it may take a little longer. Please allow up to 7 working days, if there is still no sign just give us a shout. All orders are dispatched using a recorded delivery system. You will receive a tracking code from us within 24 hours from dispatch which can be used to find out the current status of your order.

For international orders please allow up to 14 working days for Delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Please note you do not require a paypal account to order from our store, paypal is simply used as the gateway.

Returns

All items including sale items can be returned for exchange but not refunded. Notice must be given to Dirrrtee within 3 days from date of purchase regarding any problems or concerns regarding merchandise (Please use the contact form provided). We will accept the exchange of unworn or non damaged goods if they meet the following requirements: i) They are in a resalable condition. ii) They are unworn/non damaged. If they meet these requirements they can be exchanged for an alternative size or product of the same value (if in stock).

Goods must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for any return delivery charges; any delivery charges already paid are non-refundable. Please ensure products are packaged well when returned and sent via a Recorded Delivery service. Dirrrtee cannot be held accountable for damage or loss in transit.
